Theatre seats 81 people.
The MAIN is provided in “as is” condition knowing that at time of rental the stage may be inhabited by a fully dressed set.
- Rental requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the desired event date, with a 2-hour rental minimum.
- All rentals include a required house manager fee of $38/per hour
- If theatre sound and/or lighting services are needed, a technician may be hired at the standard staff rate of $38 per hour.
- The City of Santa Clarita mandates a $1 million General Liability insurance policy. This policy must include an endorsement naming the City of Santa Clarita as an additional insured. Your insurance documentation must be submitted and approved before your agreement can be fully processed. Failure to submit may result in forfeiture or rescheduling of your event date.
